Policies

The following are the policies of Little People’s Creative Workshop®:

  • Your child’s monthly tuition is due on the first (1st) of each month. A $5.00 late fee will be added after the 5th and a $10.00 late fee after the 15th.
  • We ONLY accept check or money order. If you pay in cash you do so at your own risk. Our teachers do not carry change!
  • Make checks payable to: Little People’s Creative Workshop®
  • You are required to write out your child’s name on the check or money order.
  • Return tuition in the envelope provided and drop into drop bag at your child’s daycare or studio or mail to your LPCW regional office. For your convenience you may sign up to have your child’s monthly tuition automatically charged on your MasterCard, Visa, or Check Card. Click here for the form to automatically charge monthly tuition.
  • If for some reason your child’s teacher, or a substitute, cannot teach class--and the class is canceled, then a day and time will be set up as a makeup class.
  • If your child is unable to attend the class due to sickness, travel, etc.---the class CANNOT be made up. (In our regions with studio and Saturday classes you may call to schedule a make-up in one of these classes.)
  • We will honor the following holidays with no class taught: Sept. 4, Nov. 22-26, Dec. 25 - Jan. 7, Jan. 15 and one week in March or April--please check with your specific region's Spring Break dates listed in your brochure. There are enough months that contain 5 classes to make up for the months that have a holiday. (TUITION IS NEVER PRORATED OR REFUNDED!) Students are guaranteed to have 32 classes within the regular September-May season.
  • There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks and declined cards.
  • If for any reason your child is to discontinue class--YOU (not your child’s teacher) must notify us PRIOR TO THE FIRST (1ST) OF THE MONTH---by a phone call. Once the first (1st) arrives you are responsible for paying for that month whether your child attends or not. Your child is registered through May 2018.
